Who We AreAlthough the Tacoma Urban Network is not a service provider itself, it acts as a catalyst and facilitator bringing abundant resources to youths and families. Through our staff, we organize, encourage and train volunteers in private life, business, schools, and government to achieve our mission.
The BoardOur board of directors meets monthly and represents our diverse community in Pierce County. TUN has some members focused on governance and other members functioning in an advisory capacity. The board oversees the operations, policies, fund raising, and planning of the organization. The full Board meets annually to help assess and set strategic directions.
